Booking and Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, payable by either credit card or EFT, with the balance of booking fee payable on arrival at iKaia River Lodge.

If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and no refunds will be made.

In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged unless we can re-let your room/ s.

Valuables

iKaia River Lodge or the owners do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.

River and Terrain

Any guest or their visitors using the river and surrounding area are doing so entirely at their own risk. There are no life saving facilities provided.

Should iKaia River Lodge suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement.
